Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Peak Antenna. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in original condition – unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at sales@peakantenna.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, send the item to the following address within 14 days:

Note: Do not send items back without prior return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
International Returns
If you're returning an item from outside Sweden, please note that return shipping times may vary. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@peakantenna.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before starting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
EU Right of Withdrawal (3-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This right is in addition to our standard return policy.
To qualify:
- The item must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If it has been more than 30 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@peakantenna.com.
